★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went to Country-oke hosted by Rachel last night. Was a life changing experience. Amazing host, immaculate vibes. Better than any other karaoke I’ve ever been to. Best night of our lives.
September 06 · Logan HedrichAmazing place, unmet need filled in nyc! Great bands and music, bathroom situation bad. They are beautiful bathrooms, but there aren’t enough, there are 2 for like 200 people. And so it’s at least a 10 minute wait on a busy night. So that is my only not 5 star thing about this great place.
September 13 · Melyssa WeibleThis is an East Village bar, but not for long-time East Villagers. Perhaps tourists or newcomers will enjoy paying 16 bucks plus tip for a drink. I don't like to write negative reviews; I know folks try and that many new bartenders are sharpening their skills. But still: top-shelf G and T should not be made with tonic from the "gun." Lime is a must; so is ice. I'm not a bartender, but I do enjoy a drink after work, and coming from a family of restaurant workers, I respect the staff. I hope Lucinda's becomes a neighborhood bar; there's still time. Until then, there're lots of long time neighborhood joints...and they've also got music. This note is frank and intended as kind feedback. The East Village is an open, welcoming, but discerning neighborhood.
September 06 · AnnakFound my new favorite spot. Bartender Dustin was the standout. Apparently he's a real life southern from Georgia. You can tell by his friendliness and charm that he's legit from the south. Will 100% be back for him.
August 01 · TylerBEWARE: my phone was STOLEN here. I went with friends on a Saturday night and we were having so much fun until I realized my phone was stolen!!! The bar was zero help and didn’t even seem phased or like they cared… which just felt odd and like a red flag. Also, I’ve seen a few other reviews & heard some things after asking around, and it definitely seems like theft is common here. If you go, literally watch all your belongings or don’t bring any. I had a tiny shoulder purse with a zipper, and somehow at some point someone managed to pick it out of there.
