In the bustling and eclectic East Village of New York City, finding a cafe that offers more than just a quick caffeine fix is a true delight. No Nazar Cafe has quickly established itself as a vibrant and welcoming destination for locals and visitors alike. This is not your average coffee shop; it's a place infused with a unique concept centered around positive energy and good vibes. The name itself, "No Nazar," refers to the evil eye, a cultural symbol of protection, and this ethos is woven into the very fabric of the cafe's atmosphere. It’s a space where you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly present, whether you're catching up with a friend, enjoying a moment of solitude, or getting some work done.
Beyond its inviting atmosphere, No Nazar Cafe is celebrated for its commitment to serving high-quality coffee and a menu of distinctive specialty drinks. While many cafes in the city offer the standard espresso lineup, No Nazar stands out with its creative and culturally inspired concoctions. From traditional Turkish coffee to a variety of unique lattes, the menu is designed to intrigue and satisfy a range of palates. The cafe's dedication to crafting these beverages with care has earned it a reputation for having "great coffee." The casual ambiance makes it an ideal spot to sit down, unwind, and savor your drink, making it a true neighborhood gem in an area overflowing with options.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cool coffee shop, nice staff, and interesting concept, but I paid $8.63 for a Turkish coffee with around 4 fl oz of liquid (at best—cup was half full). That price is insane for essentially drip coffee made with a different technique. Old menu posted just 2 months ago shows the price at $6.66 but now it’s hit $7.77 pre-tax in just a short amount of time. Rip off and plenty of better coffee shops in the city for much less.
September 12 · Ray VinjamuriReally enjoyed the vibes here only good energy. I really enjoyed how they made their coffees. My favorite is their lavender latte made less sweet, and they also have seasonal drinks for the zodiac signs. Also, they are pet friendly, so it's really good. Their Baklava is amazing if you see the chocolate one GRAB EM!! Definitely come here to relax and chill with djs on the weekend as well. July 09 · Jada KnightNo Nazar Cafe is a cozy spot on 10th Street, right on the corner of Ave A next to the church in the East Village! They serve some of the best coffee and chai, along with delicious desserts like baklava. The ambiance is warm, the vibe is relaxed, and the wonderful owner, Rupsi, made sure we felt truly cared for. A perfect place to slow down and savor the moment!
April 23 · Jack fernandesI got a coupon here and gave it a shot. Ordered an iced chai latte - they just use the tazo chai concentrate, so definitely glad I didn’t have to pay full price. Maybe the masala chai has a little more to it, but I wasn’t super impressed
August 24 · Sarah LawlorI’m not a chai tea latte person and yet their masala chai tea latte is one of the best I’ve ever had! The decor is very cute. Highly recommend.
