Möge Tee Introduce
In the bustling and vibrant landscape of New York City, where a new eatery or cafe seems to pop up every day, finding a reliable spot for a quality beverage is a welcome discovery. Möge Tee, a popular international bubble tea chain, has a location right in the heart of Chinatown at 90 Canal Street, offering a unique and extensive menu that goes beyond the typical bubble tea fare. This particular branch stands out from others in the chain due to its generous seating and a distinct atmosphere, providing a space for locals and visitors to take a moment to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink.
Möge Tee is best known for its innovative approach to tea, highlighted by its signature "Cheese Tea," a creamy, slightly salty, and rich foam topping that provides a delightful contrast to the fresh, brewed tea underneath. This offering, along with a wide array of classic and modern beverages, has made it a go-to spot for those looking to expand their tea-drinking horizons. While the experience can sometimes be a "hit or miss," as noted by some customers, the wide variety of drinks and the potential for a truly satisfying find make it an exciting place to visit. It's a place where you can discover your new favorite flavor or stick to a classic that you know and love, from the rich Uji Matcha to a classic Green Milk Tea.
The experience at this Möge Tee location, like many popular spots, is subject to the ebb and flow of a busy urban environment. Customer reviews reflect this, with some praising the drinks for their fresh ingredients and great taste, while others have had less-than-ideal experiences. However, the presence of a dedicated space with ample seating and clean amenities like a restroom is a definite plus in this neighborhood. It offers more than just a quick grab-and-go option; it provides a place to sit, chat with friends, and enjoy a break from the city's fast pace. This commitment to creating a welcoming physical space is a significant draw for many.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This Moge Tee is unlike the others of this tea-based boba chain. Lots of seating inside, probably for good reason since the drinks and service aren't reason enough to visit. There's a service kiosk but when we noticed certain toppings weren't listed, we ordered at the counter with the older man. He got one of our two orders incorrect. And he went so fast without confirming our order. He ended up "fixing" the drink by pouring out some tea and pouring in straight milk. Unbelievable.Green "milk" tea with herbal jelly - jelly is good. Drink is watery and downright unpalatable. Really shows a lack of care.Creme Brule milk te - not too sweet, creamy light creme brulee flavor.1 star for the decent atmosphere and seating, bathroom.1 star for the creme brulee.0 stars for the drink that is downright undeniable. 1 star for redoing the drink, -1 star for serving something that tastes like mop water.tl;dr atmosphere is decent, drinks are risky 50/50 chance decent vs trash, other branches are better
December 22 · Tina ZhuIts a hit or miss, we bought 3 drinks, and the fruits that were used were just bitter and ruined the drink. Out of the 3 drinks only one of them tasted good while the other two weren't. The place has seating and is nice to hangout with friends, but if you want reliable bubble tea I wouldn't recommend this place. For more reliable id say Tiger Sugar, Gong Cha, Yaya, Vivi, CoCo, etc... Perhaps it was just that certain day, but unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to not want to go back. The staff there was nice, but the quality of the ingredients weren't good.
June 08 · Duy BThe shop was empty when we arrived. I ordered the creme brûlée and it was not sweet, it was ok. They don’t torch the top like The Whale tea.Overall, service was fast, the shop is cute, and the tea was OK. May stop by again if in the area.
October 28 · Vivian LeeOrdered a $7 "super fruit green tea" and ended up with a lot of seeds in my mouth. Consistently, no one would ever agree this is a pleasant experience.Furthermore, some of the seeds are black and none of the fruits inside have black seeds. This is so confusing. There should not be that many seeds in a drink, period. It's a sign on the low effort workmanship that's put into the drink.
April 29 · EricBrought my girlfriend to treat her to bubble tea, we ordered two flavors but neither one were that good. We ended up having to throw out both drinks cause neither of us could finish them. The yogurt drink tasted extremely sour or way too sweet; no in between. It was also $17 for two drinks, waste of money.
