★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Round K is a smaller coffee/cafe area serving various eats and coffees within the outskirts of the Chinatown area. The staff are friendly, can be a bit slow to service depending on how busy the establishment is but they do make sure you are taken care of. Unfortunately the outside garden was not able to be seated in, but it looks nice and would be a good place to stay. The food was alright. We got a sweet corn latte, which didn't really taste like anything sweet corn, just a regular latte with sweet corn on top. I don't know if that's how it was supposed to be served, but it didn't really stand out. The truffle fries were good, and had a nice flavor of truffle oil on it. We thought the popcorn chicken was gonna be closer to Taiwanese style, but instead came out with chili oil and closer to a Japanese spicy mayo on it. It was good and the chicken pieces were big, but the price was a tad expensive. Not much seating on the inside (only about 3 tables and a countertop area) so wait times might take a bit.
April 24 · Nick SFeels like I walked into Narnia… or the Upside Down. Maybe I’m being overly critical but this place just kinda confused me.Like why are there $11 lattes? Why is everyone there very confounded by simple questions? Not complaining about the rubber chicken. I really liked the rubber chicken.I got the cold brew cause it was apparently one of the best in nyc in 2019 lol. I guess a lot can change in 5 years but ya it was very normal. The seating area is undeniably a vibe. It’s a speakeasy-feeling sitting area with tables and moody lighting.
August 20 · Cassia AI loved this cute coffee spot. I got the Corn Latte which was 😋. The service is amazing. It's a little pricey for a Corn Latte but the product is good, so it's worth it. It's a very chill, laid back atmosphere. I have to go back to try the food. I also would like to check out the Pocha they have in the backyard at night, where they cook Korean street food.
March 27 · Vivianne BarrettoI really enjoyed the tea and coffee here, and the breakfast food is good too. Got one of the breakfast sandwiches and it was good though a little greasy. I enjoyed the mujigae drinks and matcha. Recommend as a good coffee shop staple in Chinatown.
July 10 · Sarah ParsonsYum!!! I stopped in randomly midday on a Monday for some lunch and it was fairly empty and so easy! Delicious food and ube latte, lovely service, good vibes.
