The atmosphere is casual and designed for efficiency, reflecting the pragmatic spirit of New York City.
Location and Accessibility
Market Lane NYC is located at 185 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10006, USA, which is the exact address of the iconic Oculus at the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. This prime location is one of its most significant advantages. The Oculus is a major connector for multiple subway lines (including the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, E, J, Z, R, and W trains), as well as the PATH train to New Jersey. Its central position in the Financial District makes it easily accessible to a massive population of office workers, residents, and visitors to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
The food court is situated within a highly pedestrian-friendly area. Its proximity to major transit lines means you can grab a meal on your way to or from work, or simply stop by for a break while exploring downtown Manhattan. The location itself is a highlight, offering a seamless and convenient dining experience without having to venture far from major transit points or local attractions. The design of the Oculus itself, with its expansive open spaces and clear signage, makes finding Market Lane NYC a straightforward and pleasant experience for anyone navigating the area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When we arrived there was no line and no one waiting. Still waited 15min for a pathetic serve of overcooked salmon the size of a tin of cat food and “ramen” which tasted more like fettuccine noodles. Food was flavourless and overpriced, serving size was a joke and the wait time was embarrassing. Save your money and head to a food cart upstairs.
September 13 · Tim BorlaceQuick lunch pick up, the staff behind the Levant is super friendly. Fast service with usual pricy downtown options. 7 options, 1 bfst type vendor and 1 coffee place...
July 23 · Yaya Gao (Commoner)I purchased a pre-made Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, a Chocolate Croissant, and a Large Iced Coffee.CAVEAT*Review for Breakfast Only (around 8am/08:00)*A Lunch Service (cafeteria style with various vendors) is also available; however, I have NOT sampled lunch.GOOD*Staff was friendly*Space was clean*No wait*Credit/Debit cards acceptedBAD*The BEC wasn't missing anything but was totally unsatisfying in size and taste. You are better off getting a better sandwich from a breakfast cart outside or from any of the surrounding eateries.*The LIC was small. Most other places would label the size as medium (e.g. Starbucks) or small (e.g. McDonald's or Burger King) ... the cost was $5.00.*The CC was--don't even bother as it was stale. Again, you can probably get something fresher and cheaper at a cart.*NFC payments (Google/Apple/Samsung Pay) are not currently supportedUGLY*The value of the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are not at the level that I would expect for $15.00.Overall, this eatery/space is new and recently open so this could just be initial pains that will improve over time; however, for the moment, I likely will not return for Breakfast any time soon.
