I've sat at this local McDonald's and observed the atmosphere and for the likes of me can't understand how management treats workers it's no wonder they're always changing workers. I wouldn't put up with the disrespect.The management needs retraining not the workers. If you want a place to run right you have to be kind and courteous yourself and have a lot of patience. If you don't then you don't need to be in management or a place where you deal with customers. McDonald's reconsider retraining the managers!!

Better than most but still pretty challenged. One cannot order a soda water(seltzer) when placing a mobile order. You have to ask that the Sprite your ordered be changed (super wasteful) at the counter. Most times, they dump the Sprite and fill another Sprite, not soda water. Is competence at this level so much to ask? 🤦🏼‍♂️

I went April 13th on Sunday, around 10pm and waited for fifteen minutes only to find out that the store had ran out of Mcchicken and French fries. Mind you this isn’t the first Sunday they ran out of something. I feel as though the general manager does not prepare the employees enough. Although employees try to find a way to solve this issue I feel like it’s management to blame. I’m very disappointed that I had to wait and ended up with no food in the end. How does a McDonald’s run out of fries????

You don't go to McDonalds for amazing food or a great dining experience. You go because you know what you will get is consistency. When I don't feel like cooking the Buy one get one for a dollar deal is great. You have the option to use a kiosk or someone at the register. They are fast with the food. The best thing is their Flurry machine actually works!

Ordered sweet tea, not diluted sugar. Ordered 6 sauces,got 2, didnt taste good anyway. Ordered with a number tent, they took my receipt at the register so i had to pick it up after 10 minutes. Terrible experience. Decently clean though
