This Dunkin’ Donuts is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. They are constantly running out of things. They never placed their orders in time to make sure that they don’t run out of things and then they get mad at you when you have an attitude because you don’t get what you asked for The absolute worst Dunkin ever their employees are rude and nasty lazy, and don’t care about the customers at all, how are you the smallest Dunkin’ Donuts in the Brooklyn South Brooklyn area and you can’t manage to place your orders in time y’all should never run out of anything. The customer wants with the customer wants you can’t run out of things just because you don’t place the orders in time you don’t feel like placing them. This place is terrible. I highly don’t recommend it. Today I clearly asked for cold foam and oat milk. Apparently they ran out of both. How is that possible? When the other two Dunkin’ Donuts in the area that are a little further from my house definitely had both.

Last I checked a croissant and an everything bagel are very distinctive in appearance… it almost feels like they mess up our order on purpose… 4 times in a row is absurd.

No bathroom? How do yo you have seating and sell coffee and not have a public bathroom. The donuts were hard at 1030am they didn’t have anything for sale that They have on the shelves the stuff on the shelves is all dusty people are eating standing up. The only reason I’m here is there’s no other place around here that sells donuts and coffee is cold don’t go there unless you have to!!!

September 24 · Joseph GeogheganSo I go here sometimes and mostly its okay service. But today the person behind the counter by the name Ali didn’t even let me complete my order. It was supposed to have extra flavoring syrup which he would’ve known if he hadn’t walked off before i finished my order. Hes done this a couple times now. And well i tried to tell him the rest of the order as he walked away but he never listened. Really excellent service skills!
