Last night I order a bigmac. What I got was unexepytable. Instead of a regular Big Mac I got a patty with a whole bunch of chopped up unions and lettuce.This is honestly unbelievable. I basically paid for bs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MCDONALDS.

It’s not the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, but it’s in the running.Tonight was one of those nights that I had to have it. And by it, I mean nuggets. Perhaps, it was the Veed. Or, was it the Bourdain, I mean bourbon. Two wrongs can be right.The service is not horrible, it’s just unacceptable. It’s the Golden Arches in NYC, that will never change.The remodel looks good. I think.The crowd is standard ratchet neighborhood mugs with a sprinkle of Karen’s and Chad’s. Karad’s ? No- Charen. There are far too many high school kids in here at the usual hours they are in school. Beyond that, it’s ok. The ratio of sus to normal people are 1 to 4.Freelance doorman aren’t as bad as across the street at Popeyes. They’re not too aggressive.The food is the same, but always check the bag because they puck up the order 1/4 of the time. Ask for napkins, assume they’re not in there.Overall, it’s the same just with angrier and more rude workers than normal. Aka, standard.

skinny black dude with a beard intentionally ignored me when he called out my mobile order number and I was right there to pick it up and made it super clear, yep that’s my order! He quietly voiced my order number (unlike the other guy loudly calling out orders) then put it on the back shelf behind the cashier, even though I was right in front of him. I knew he could hear me and he even made eye contact with me, but he intentionally chose to ignore me. 5:13 pm April 18

What has gone wrong with McDonald's? This is an unsafe place and it needs a full-time security guard by the entrance.I have been to this McDonald's on Broadway near 96th Street many times because the McDonald's at 104th and Broadway is so poorly managed and often far from a pleasant experience.While chatting with a Japanese tourist at the table next to me about 7:30 PM on December 31, 2016, about how this McDonald's needed a security guard and some semblance of management, a man walked in and began shouting loudly and violently picked up several chairs and threw them against the front self-ordering credit card/debit machine, breaking glass, damaging the chairs and frightening us and everyone else. We were terrified he was going to seriously injure us or the other customers. On February 14, 2017 the broken machine damage was repaired after 1-1/2 months.There is no excuse for allowing these people to hang out here since they are often dirty or bring in a garbage-filled cart.Some people sleep here at night, and I have observed loud foul language on various occasions, so this is not a place for children, let alone decent adults. Many "customers" speak no English. Nothing is done to stop this activity on a daily basis, making this an unsafe place.On another visit I ordered my food and sat down at a table for two. Soon afterwards a threatening man who had ordered nothing plopped down on the chair across from me at my table. It was a scary experience because he appeared mentally ill and then pulled out a tiny bottle of some alcoholic drink. Soon he was babbling in Spanish and waving his hands wildly.The cashiers often speak Spanish or their English is so poor that in my case, the order was not entered into the cash register correctly and it had to be voided and redone. While waiting in line a man walked up to inform an employee that one of the two self-serving kiosks did not print out a receipt.Incredibly, this McDonald's has clearly become a daily 24-hour hangout for the homeless, mentally ill or undesirables so it is not always safe, in my opinion. This was confirmed today by a New Yorker sitting next to me, who said in the mornings at 7 AM, the seats are largely occupied by homeless and undesirables, including drug addicts and loud and aggressive beggars or dirty street people.On another recent visit I told the young female cashier that I wanted a medium coffee and handed her $1.10. I immediately noticed that she did not ring up the order on the cash register and print out my ticket/receipt with the order number or give me one penny change (a coffee costs $1.09). Instead she put the dollar bill down, keeping the dollar bill for herself and giving me my 10 cent coin back. She then got my coffee and handed it to me. Addendum: again this happened at the 96th Street and Broadway, on January 10, 2017. The woman didn't even bother to give me the one penny change that was due and pocketed the $1.10. This same thing happened again on February 14 at 1:30 PM when I ordered a large coffee. The woman cashier did not ring up my order or give me a printed receipt with number and she kept $1.00 but gave me my 10 cent coin back. Clearly McDonald's does not monitor its employees who blatantly steal from the company.This trick of thievery also happened to me at the McDonald's at 104th and Broadway. It is outrageous these dishonest employees are blatantly stealing money from the company. Does McDonald's management care?On February 2, 2017, a sick, homeless and bleeding man hanging out in an alcove table for several hours was taken away to a hospital. I counted two policeman and five fire department workers who brought in a stretcher to put him on. The table and chairs had to be thoroughly disinfected after he was taken to the hospital. This happens regularly at this McDonald's.McDonald's headquarters or regional office needs to hire security guards at this McDonald's at Broadway and 96th Street and the one at 104th Street and Broadway. It is an absolute disgrace and not safe. Sadly, no one seems to care.
