Asked for a big breakfast with hotcakes and an egg and cheese biscuit. But for some reason was given an exuberant amount of condiments, and was missing my egg my biscuit and hashbrown . Quite disappointed in the service aswell, lack of attention for customers who want to pay in cash despite the demographic of the neighborhood being primarily elderly . This franchise needs to reevaluate some of the individuals it employs. I gave the food a four because come on now it’s McDonald’s. However, I felt inclined to go ahead and write a review simply because of the manager. Honestly, I don’t even know if he’s the manager, I don’t even know his name. But, one thing that is 100% true, is that that man is damn good at his job. He shows up every day with the intention of making his employees better and for that reason, he makes a little old McDonald’s seem a lot bigger than what it is. Again, I have no idea what his name is, but I’m almost sure he’s Dominican. He’s always there during the night and he deserves some damn recognition. Shout out to you boss, thanks for making my neighborhood McDonald’s great.

Close by home. Workers seem to not want to be there often which ruins the whole vibe of going there hungry and waning to get something. At least the food is ordered correctly most of the time. And please, put the damn sauces in the bag! I ask for extra ketchup and I get a attitude. Like why? It doesn't cost you anything or a big deal just to grab more ketchup and put it in the bag.

I order from this McDonald's quite regularly using ubereats. I often order the sweetened tea with my meal, as it's advertised that they sell it, and out of the many times that I've asked for sweetened tea, they have repeatedly given me unsweetened tea. Today is no exception. I usually give good reviews in uber eats but today im sick of it. Like it happens ALOT.

Been ordering here for 20 years , ever since they hired few other employees lately . My order is always missing things , burger , kids juices etc . New trick they pull :- please drive up to the last window so the car behind rushes you to leave ….:-Guessing they take home the extras at the end of the shift . New stealing tactic! Not happy
