I've been to this location multiple times. You never truly know what your walking into. It could be a good day, could be a bad day.I've been to this location and encountered homeless people going up to each guest waiting to order and asking for cash. I've had staff forget some items from my order and had to return to get them. I've experienced the line being so backed up that it reached the tables where guest sit.However, on a good day, none of this happens. My last visit was a good day. I got all my items, didnt run into any homeless people and the staff took my order with no issues.I have rarely have an issue with the staff i place the order with, typically the issue comes from the people packing the bags. They get defensive when you tell them they missed an item, basically insinuating that your lying and once they check the bags themselves, they see something is missing. They dont apologize and instead get you whatever is missing and walk away. It's rude over here.Overall Mcdonalds isnt what it used to be. The burgers are smaller then ever with higher prices. The fries USED to be the best item and now i dont even like them. They never have all drinks available, something is always out of stock. Don't come here with high expectations.
