There are about 6 homeless people in front of the door every day. It makes it very unwelcoming. They stand there begging everyone and it makes me feel like I should take my service elsewhere. Maybe security would help the situation.

The lady with the glasses who’s normally at the cash register went to fix my order after the guy in the back messed it up she was coughing and sneezing into my food. Once she finished putting her germs on my food she tried handing it to me. Upon asking for a refund she said she will not be giving me a refund.

They really need to get security because every morning my wife have to deal with homeless people standing in front begging. A young lady just got her scooter stolen infront of the this dunken trying to get coffee.
