30 minutes in hot weather for ONE 4 piece nuggets 😬 and also they have rodents here. very unprofessional and unpleasant service and i don’t recommend anyone comes here. i literally experienced an employee saying “oh i didn’t know sorry about that” when i asked for my order that i was WAITING forever for.

Their service is Horrible. Not professional at all. It Doesn’t seems like Im in a MC Donalds.The took souh long to gimme my Food. Almost like 15 min. One lady was standing in front of the counter, she was just eating and taking orders. Not gonna come in this place at all.

The location is great, right downtown Brooklyn. It's always kept clean, and I never had a problem with my order being incomplete. It's very spacious inside. There is no play area for the kids like some. It can get very crowded at times to wear people stand all in front of the entrance though but other than that. Decent place to dine-in.

This location is always crowded!! Never space to sit and sometimes even walk around. The workers aren't very helpful 100% of the time. The people who call out orders ignore you when you're up front and don't make it clear what they called out. They take so long with orders of just a drink or dessert and pay you no attention!! Only one time at this location was I ever assisted properly.
