I’ve ordered at this location a few times and each time something is missing. This morning Sep 8 2025, I ordered a Sausage McMuffin buy and get one free, and Apple pie buy and get one free. I never received the 2 Apple pies and straws and napkins are never included. I left a voicemail message regarding this. The delivery person was excellent and those sent normally are. I’m giving a score of 2 for the continuous missing items and not a one because the delivery is very good.

My Uber driver told me that my order was stolen from McDonald’s. I went over myself to see if I can have my order for filled because it wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault it was somebody at McDonald’s that gave the order wrong to somebody. The young lady that had the hair net with a black shirt was not very helpful. She didn’t even speak to me, acknowledge me, but the manager with the red shirt was able to help me and make things right. She deserves a raise !!! This was around 1:30 am

Gus in drive thru gets the orders wrong. 3 times a charm. Gus charged my debit card because I used my code at the drive thru without asking. Gus got upset because he had to do a refund because I was using cash. Gus needed my card to do refund but didn't need it to charge it. Gus is rude. Stressed and has anxiety. 0 customer service and non apologetic slamming the window. McDonald's don't be like Gus.
