We visited here for a morning start. While the burger king in the opposite deny us for breakfast meal (it was 10.45), mcdonald took us in with delicious deal and just right for a perfect sunday breakfast. We were satisfied, full and feliz.The workers are extremely patient even though it was morning time and the store packed with people. Food is served quick, hot and steamy. Standard quality. No rude attitude.

I placed my mobile order here and my daughter picked it up. My daughter said the manager here on December 4, 2024 between 3-4pm was so rude. She needed a plastic bag to keep the food warm for the way back home and the manager said there were no bags when it was clearly in her face. The manager wore fake eyelashes and looked Hispanic. Worst service here. The McDonald’s on qnz blvd would never treat their customers this way 🤦🏻‍♀️ and barely put any fries.

EDIT: 3/10/24 I changed my review back to 5 stars since they fixed their mobile-ordering.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Although this McDonald's establishment is one of the busier locations I've been to, they consistently provide accurate and fast orders.The employees are as friendly as they can be in such a fast-paced environment and they also speak both English and Spanish and often read the order numbers out in both languages so that customers can understand.Furthermore, their food is always appealing and fresh which is really saying something for a fast food restaurant as big as McDonald's. I would definitely recommend this location for carry-out orders. If you're planning on eating your meal there, you may not want to go around lunch time because finding a seat can be a pain.

Food is solid, taste like a regular McDonald’s, service was alright no napkins most employees only speak Spanish and your only allowed 1 sauce. In terms of atmosphere it was busy and there are long bathroom waits(only a gender neutral restroom) and some pretty loud music playing (Hispanic music).

This branch of McDonald's has a poor quality service. I ordered 3 McDouble meals for take-out. When I arrived home and about to eat my meal, it's only a cheeseburger, not a McDOUBLE that I paid for. They also served cold fries. This store needs a quality control person to monitor the order. Sadly, they are incompetent!
