Never have I been treated so poorly at a McDonald’s; particularly by the cashier with glasses and a mask, during multiple late-night visits. I wouldn’t mind if this applied to everyone, but I’ve repeatedly seen other customers receive theirs without this extra hurdle.Failure to acknowledge customers: On my most recent visit, I had an incorrect order in hand and tried to flag him down. He refused to look my way, and it took three verbal calls of “excuse me” before he responded.Dishonesty: He remade my order, set the incorrect one aside in plain sight, then told me it had been “thrown away” when I asked for it. This added another 15 minutes to my wait.Refusal of resolution: When I asked for a refund, he flatly said mobile orders aren’t refundable. It’s a pattern of condescension, deflection, and lack of basic courtesy. For someone representing the front counter of a 24/7 location, this is unacceptable.

I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the food came fast. The restaurant is very clean.

the kitchen area of this establishment was absolutely disgusting. one girl dropped some food and kicked it under the counter and just laughed about it with another worker. i honestly debated even getting food from here but i had already ordered. the staff just kept walking around doing a whole lot of nothing and picking up their phones then grabbing food with the same hand moments later. horrible staff training.

Absolutely disgusting experience. First, my order was missing a burger. Then, when I started eating my Double Quarter Pounder, I found a big piece of paper inside the sandwich. I called the manager, who gave a half-hearted apology and said the only thing she could do was bring me another burger. After waiting about 7 minutes with no update, I had to go up and get it myself. I asked for a refund, but she refused. I then asked if we could at least get a sundae to make up for the awful experience, but she said no because it was “too expensive,” and only offered some cookies. Meanwhile, as I was waiting, another customer returned his sandwich because it was undercooked.This location is absolutely terrible.poor food quality, awful service, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

Keepin it real out here in Kew Gardens Hills Fresh MeadowsThe vibe of this McD is def on the better end, one of the better McDs i've been. It's well lit and has large interior square footage, which leads to one downside, half of this McD feels cold, the heat just didn't travel well, so I just sat in the cold area (cause I wanted to sit in an emptier area). Food didn't quite hit, waited for a while and food wasn't hot, and the McChicken just very meh... Fries were decent. Average customer service, no thank you none of that, no real connections. So yea, best thing is the large space.
