For appetizer, I got the Crab Rangoon and it was crispy on the outside, with a savory filling. The dipping sauce complimented the Crab Rangoon perfectly.I tried a number of sushi options, and while everything was fresh and delicious, my favorites were the scallop and salmon sushi. Both were incredibly fresh and with a generous portion of fish on each piece, especially the scallop!To drink, I had the lychee slush, which was refreshing and paired nicely with the meal. The staff were very attentive, and the service was impressively quick without ever feeling rushed.For the quality, presentation, and service, Fuji offers excellent value. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys well-made sushi and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

We ordered a mix of sushi, rolls, and appetizers 🤭 everything was super tasty. The crab rangoon was perfectly crispy, the string beans were garlicky and full of flavor, just how I love them! But the fried calamari with their special sauce, was hands down my favorite. I’m still thinking about it as I’m writing this 😭😭. Great food and atmosphere ❤️ I’ll definitely be back!Recommended dishes: Calamari, Crab Rangoon, Stir-fry String Beans (if you want some greens to balance out the meal 🤣), and definitely Sushi if you’re craving some 🍣

I got wonton soup, fried rice, and general Tso’s chicken for under $10.While I was eating there a lot of people came in for take out orders so they clearly found their market - affordable portions especially for the area.Highly recommend for a quick bite!
