Been coming here a while now, the food and service were great recently. That was until tonight. They sent me away with no food, even though I showed them my app order with receipt and it was charged to my credit card. We've been happy with this place for years. Too bad everything (not just McD's) is so expensive these days. For anyone else reading this who goes to this Butler McD's, did you happen to go to the drive-thru on Sunday June 29 at approx 6 pm? We did and the low, disinterested, unintelligent, voice of a person from a certain community that we all have so much fatigue with these days, was basically not understandable. We went to Wendy's.
