My latte tastes just like regular coffee, my croissant bacon, egg and cheese (see picture) doesn't have the cheese melted, and my hash browns aren't completely hot. The only good thing here was the coffee roll which comes from somewhere else. Additionally the server was rude and angry and likely we won't come back again. To the manager: train your workers better, we know it's junk food but ensure that food is delivered with better quality and hot as there's no point in coming here if the atmosphere sucks and the point of sale person is angry and we don't get hot food when we ask for it. Spanish music playing.. It used to be better a few years ago, what has happened?

As usual bad experience. Sandwich was burnt again. I ordered coffee light and sweet. When I got to the window there was a tea. I asked for the light and sweet coffee that I ordered. Maybe it was a miscommunication, I understand no issues. I was late for work because I needed coffee. She said no worries I won’t charge you. Again, I would have easily paid as I wanted what I came for. They took the TEA! Put cream and sugar and gave it back! Just so you know if the employee reads this. I had no issues paying for the correct item and would have waited. Just dressing up the tea is how we came to this review. Every time I go to this location I say it’s my last. This did it for sure. No coffee and late for work!

Wasn't busy but it still took nearly 20 minutes to get one drink, waited in the drive thru for a while and no one was taking orders so we parked and went inside and finally got it after so long.

This Dunkin location clearly doesn’t have a caring manager if they allow their workers to struggle.My sister and I recently bought two grande Iced Latte’s with Carmel, and the woman behind the counter says it would take 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 15. If i were the Manager i would hire better employees.

Absolutely terribl service!! Waited 20 minutes for two iced coffees. Two different people started the coffees and then forgot about them.. took care of other people while I waited , other people got their drinks before me .. then when I finally got my order one of the coffees was all milk ( Even though they were 2 of the exact same order ) instead of just fixing the problem she said no that's how they are ... when I argued that is not how the coffees are supposed to me she said with an attitude as I walked out well I can fix it if you want?!?!? .. no thank you I cannot wait another 20 minutes for you to get it right.. Dont come here!
