Came for chicken nuggets for lunch time. I’m a bit of a cheap guy, so I love a good deal and that McDonald’s app is full of good deals. I place a mobile order here pretty often and every time I go to pick up my food I’m always greeted with kindness and speedy service. They seem to know me by name now and I’ll blame that on the BOGO breakfast deal the app has. $3.49 for 2 chicken McGriddles? Heck yeah

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Thursday morning, 4th september. I had placed my coffee order online for 6:00 a.m., which is the posted opening time. However, the doors were not opened until 6:09 a.m., even though there were 3–4 of us waiting outside. I could already see my coffee prepared and sitting inside, but no one would let us in.When the doors were finally unlocked, I expected to receive my order, but instead, the staff member walked past me, went around doing other tasks, and acted as if I wasn’t there. She looked clearly upset with her job and made no effort to acknowledge or assist customers. I rang the bell a couple of times, but still no one came to give me my drink. Since I was already late for work, I had no choice but to stretch and grab my coffee myself.This was very unprofessional and frustrating. The usual supervisor at this location is always prompt, respectful, and has no issue handing me my order, but she was not there that day. The lack of basic customer service and acknowledgment ruined my morning. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again. They literally ruined my mood.
