By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. First the mic in drive though wasn’t working so people waited for a long time for no reason. The only reason I waited is because I preordered on the app and paid already. Over 20+ minutes to get my food. I’m late for work and my kids are late for school. Enjoyed an afternoon coffee here several times. Nice atmosphere, clean space upstairs that's quiet. Until last Sunday when it took 20 minutes to get a coffee. 5 minutes just to place an order.
