We thoroughly enjoyed delicious catering from Miss Mamie's Spoonbread Too for a the launch of a new perfume. Little did we know we were in for such a surprise to actually meet the iconic former fashion model Norma Jean Darden, known for her role in "The Battle of Versailles" battle between French and American fashion designers, and subsequent documentary and book prior to founding her restaurant, Miss Mamie’s Spoonbread Too, which catered our event. What really helped our team was the helpful thoughtful discussion we had prior to the event, to be sure our selection would delight guests. The catfish bites, jerk wingettes, deviled eggs, fruit kebobs, and brownies were perfect and delivered with care. - Kahshanna Evans
