★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lovely time here. Feels very rustic yet modern at the same time. It has big wooden tables perfect to bring a few friends. The drinks were delicious. I had an espresso martini and my friend had a Bloody Mary. We both ordered the breakfast burrito though I had bacon and she had chorizo. The staff was very friendly! Amazing time would go again!
June 20 · CelineFor someone who loves a guest and wholesome human experience, Mothers Ruin was one of the only places is NY that I felt delivered a passionate and genuine general normal experience. Its weird to state that, but as someone who was on vacation, I realized that most service industry professionals are either too busy or just uninstered in actually giving a great experience. Therefor this is why I give my 5 star review.Up until I visited I beleived there were only robots and distant bartenders. Visiting here changed my mind about the possibilities and in general, if I could I will be visiting again. Drinks we made well andThe food was great. Thanks for being so kind and wholehearted, I forget the bartenders name but she is so sweet and was moving packages from outside into the bar with rain and was worried about them being stolen (during new years time.)
July 28 · DanielMother’s Ruin is such a vibe. The atmosphere is super laid back but still lively, perfect mix of chill and fun. The food honestly blew me away. For a bar, I wasn’t expecting it to be that good, but everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The menu isn’t huge, but what they do have, they do right. Great drinks, cool crowd, and just an all-around solid spot to hang out. Definitely one of those places you end up staying longer at than you planned.
April 11 · NellySuch a cool spot in Germantown in Nashville.Mother's Ruin is just a big space with a bar and tables but somehow it has this awesome vibe from the people in the establishment. The have great brews and cocktails. And the food is great. But hands down the energy is top notch! So much fun!4 x 🍺🍺🍺🍺
October 20 · Wes InabaI do love this bar. It has a cozy vibe, I typically find some drink I love, their food and drink menus have a good range of options, the food and drink quality is legitimately good, the bartenders range from decent (nice with randomly slow service or minor mixing mistakes) to really great/attentive (white dude with the top knot, you are my favorite), and the bouncers are typically polite and professional (sometimes bordering on charming). This can be a nice date spot if you catch it at the right time. The main issue is the music is often so loud now that I find it difficult to come here without earplugs, it is often overly packed and sometimes the crowd skews a bit young. It’s easier to stop here for a drink if it doesn’t seem to be overflowing than it is to plan coming here as a destination during a busy peak night like on the weekend, but it really is lovely if you can get in for drinks and snacks at a time when it’s not overly packed and the music isn’t at a thundering volume.
