My Little Pizzeria Introduce
Introduction / Overview
In the heart of the historic and highly desirable Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, New Yorkers can find a staple of local dining: My Little Pizzeria. Situated on the iconic Court Street, this classic establishment is a quintessential slice of the city’s culinary tradition. It's the kind of place that many locals have grown up with, a true testament to the enduring appeal of quality, no-fuss New York-style pizza. Known for its quick service, incredibly accessible prices, and a menu built around comforting, familiar favorites, My Little Pizzeria has long served as a go-to spot for everyone from busy professionals and college students to local families and tourists seeking an authentic taste of Brooklyn.
The atmosphere at My Little Pizzeria is casual and welcoming, focusing entirely on the food and speed of service. It’s perfect for a quick lunch, a satisfying dinner, or grabbing that essential late-night bite. The restaurant offers a traditional pizzeria experience, specializing in both Round Pies (classic Neapolitan style) and Square Pies (often likened to Sicilian or Grandma-style), available as full pizzas or, crucially, by the slice. This method of service is, after all, the backbone of true New York pizza culture. Their commitment to offering staples like the classic cheese slice alongside unique options like the Supreme Slice and various specialty rolls ensures there’s a perfect option for any craving.
Beyond the savory, the restaurant extends its menu to include fresh salads, specialty baked Italian items like calzones and rolls, and a complete cafe selection featuring espresso and beloved Italian desserts like Gelato and Spumoni. My Little Pizzeria is a reliable pillar in the Brooklyn Heights food scene, consistently providing a necessary taste of comfort food in a fast-paced city.
Location and Accessibility
My Little Pizzeria is ideally located at 114 Court St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA, placing it firmly in the heart of the vibrant Downtown Brooklyn / Brooklyn Heights area. This location is one of the most transit-rich in the entire borough, making it exceptionally easy for New Yorkers from across the city to visit. The restaurant is perfectly positioned to capture foot traffic from the surrounding residential streets, businesses, and municipal buildings.
Public transportation access is excellent, with multiple subway stations providing service just minutes away:
- The Borough Hall / Court Street station complex is the closest hub, located approximately 0.17 miles away. This station is served by a massive network of lines: the 2, 3, 4, 5, N, R, and W trains (with the 3 and W trains having limited hours). This level of connectivity means a quick pizza fix is never far, whether you are coming from Manhattan or deeper into Brooklyn.
- The Bergen Street station, which hosts the F and G trains, is also a short walk away, about 0.25 miles from the pizzeria, providing excellent coverage for riders coming from areas like Park Slope and Astoria.
- The Jay Street–MetroTech station complex, offering access to the A, C, F, and R trains, is also within a very accessible range, about 0.29 miles away.
For those arriving by vehicle, the location offers the increasingly rare amenity of free street parking, although finding a space in this busy area of Brooklyn can sometimes be a challenge. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with an accessible entrance and seating, ensuring it welcomes all members of the community. Its central spot on Court Street, near major thoroughfares and transit lines, makes it a convenient stop for lunch, dinner, and late-night food runs.

For New Yorkers who demand a classic, reliable, and authentic pizza experience, My Little Pizzeria is an essential choice, particularly given its prime Brooklyn Heights location and accessible pricing. What makes this establishment stand out is its mastery of the basics, paired with value and variety.
The Supreme Experience: The single most compelling reason to choose My Little Pizzeria is the quality of its Fresh Mozzarella pies. The Supreme Round Pie ($17.00) and Supreme Square Pie (pricing varies) are made daily with fresh, homemade mozzarella, fresh tomato, and basil. This dedication to fresh, high-quality cheese elevates the pizza from a standard slice shop offering to something truly special and reminiscent of authentic Italian-American cooking. If you are ordering a full pie, this should be your first choice.
The Slice Selection: For a quick, affordable, and filling lunch—a cornerstone of the NYC experience—the By The Slice menu is unbeatable. At just $2.25 for a Round or Square Slice, or $2.50 for the Supreme Slice, the value is exceptional. This accessibility makes it a magnet for the college students, busy lunch crowds, and solo diners that frequent the area. Adding a topping is only an extra $0.50 per slice, allowing for customization without breaking the bank.
Beyond the Pizza: Don't overlook the specialties and desserts. The **Calzone ($4.50)** is a hearty, filling option, and the various rolls, particularly the Chicken Rolls ($4.50), make for excellent comfort food alternatives. To finish the meal, the affordable dessert options like Gelato ($2.00) and Italian Ices ($2.00) are a delightful nod to Italian confectionery and perfect for a warm day, proving My Little Pizzeria is a one-stop-shop for a complete, satisfying meal in Brooklyn Heights.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A visit to see my family in Brooklyn isn't complete without a stop here. The pizza never disappoints. It's what a NY pizza should be. He up enjoying their pizza for a long as i can remember, now my wife and our kids do the same everytime we visit.
May 27 · Jose CaraballoAlways ate here for lunch when I worked in the area. Passed by today, decided to grab a few slices. Same guy there with glasses that’s been there for years. Normally professional, but he was disgusting today. Rude, cutting me off before I could finish asking for a beverage. It was one other patron there, relax. Then to start eating the pizza and it’s flip flopping everywhere. The quality definitely declined over the years, as well as the service. Prime location…but maybe it’s time for something else.
September 24 · Cherry Reid$3.00 Slice + 50 cents/topping.I had a righteous slice with sausages & peppers, so $4.00 for a LOADED slice. It tasted even better than it looked; so good that I got another, and I was stuffed. Sure, the selections are few (no ham or pineapple = no Hawaiian Pizza), but they are generous with what they have. There are two dining areas with lots of tables AND an outdoor dining area that I spotted too late. I WILL be back for more and to post photos of the spaces. I definitely enjoyed the experience and recommend this tasty spot.Back AGAIN & AGAIN; Still Great ! ! !
September 10 · Ernie SearleThis is a great basic NYC slice at a reasonable price. I’ve only bought slices here so I can’t speak to the whole pies or other offerings. Though they recently got rid of the fountain soda machine, they have plenty of seating and in warm weather you can’t beat their outdoor seating area - it’s pleasant and quiet.
November 06 · Jen YipIt’s one thing to be out of ranch and hot sauce (hot sauce, really??) but it’s another thing to treat the one white person like trash in the establishment. Between the attitude during ordering. My ride taking longer than expected so I decided to eat my pizza there. To my surprise the man was upset with me eating the pizza out of the box clearly. And when I got up to dispose of it, his attitude caught me off guard about where I can leave the box. Idk it’s just a weird vibe here. The other guys seemed nice but the head was as definitely a surprise.
