★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food was good. +1 really enjoyed the beef rice bowl and the hot and sour soup. In my opinion, the soup was a little too salty so I didn’t love it. I ordered crab + pork soup dumplings which i enjoyed a lot. Beverages ser two passion fruit + lime green teas. Bartender really followed our instructions about almost no sugar and I’m very thankful for that since in other places they don’t do the % of ice and sugar requested. Restaurant is clean but for some reason there was a really loud fan working while we ate so there was too much noise, we did not enjoy that.
July 31 · Julieta AyalaWhile I still prefer their OG location in Flushing, this is THE spot if you want to skip the line and taste the famous Nan Xiang dumplings. This is their sister brand which focuses on fast service, takeout, and delivery.Don’t miss out on their soy milk – sometimes I stop by Nan Xiang just for their soy milk.*Pork & Veggie Wonton in Spicy Peanut Sauce $9.95 ***Spicy Peanut Sauce Wonton was my top pick – very peanut-y and not overwhelmingly spicy.*Chicken Soup Dumpling $10.95 **Crab Meat & Pork Soup Dumpling $10.95They served the soup dumplings in bamboo baskets, just like when you dine at NXXLB. Chicken XLB was better than the crab one imo, as I couldn’t really taste the crab. Their meat fillings were super juicy.*Pork Crispy Bottom Bun $7.95Sheng jian bao was fluffy, which also means their wrapper was on the thicker side. It was bursting with meat juice. The bottom could also be crispier.*Scallion Pancake $6.95 **Didn’t expect I would love this so much! Very crispy on the crust and slightly chewy on the inside. Loved the aroma from the scallion.*Cucumber Salad $7.95 *I couldn’t stop but kept digging into the garlic cucumber salad. Very garlicky and refreshing.*Shredded Beef & Pepper Noodle Soup $14.95*Shanghai Beef Stir-fried Noodle $14.95*Shrimp Spring Roll $7.95*Soy Milk $3.95 **
June 01 · Ruby ChanI really debated if this was worth a 5 star overall. The soup dumplings, crispy pork bottom buns, and scallion pancakes were all spectacular. The noodle soup wasn’t great- a little bland on the broth, but the crispy pork was maybe my favorite part of the dinner- although it is hard to beat any of the other things I ordered. Excellently cooked to a nice crisp, and the packaging to keep it out of the broth to preserve that for a take out order was beyond my expectations. The restaurant seemed clean, and I would happily visit again.
April 15 · Eric EdmundsI'm quite surprised at the many newly added selection to the menu here since it's a express. Food was delicious and I love the signature soup dumpling, hot and sour soup, pork with rice and the pumpkin fritter with the ketchup sauce is so good. Highly recommend and staff was nice.
March 03 · Joshua LiuI’m pretty sure this place is a money laundering joint . Even though it was completely empty it took about 20 minutes for them to make my food to go. after I checked in on whether everything was ok with my order they went back to talking in the kitchen and just had my order out with no one paying attention to actually hand it to me… Food was really not great at all I’m not sure why the rating is so high here . Much better places around . I ordered the braised beef noodles soup the thing is like 90 percent over-cooked noodles barely any beef or broth which wasn’t that great anyway. And I had to add my own veggies
