This model not only makes ordering a breeze but also guarantees a fresh, personalized experience every time. The core of their offering revolves around the NAYA Bowl, NAYA Roll, and NAYA Salad, each serving as a canvas for a variety of delicious toppings and proteins. This customization is a key reason for its popularity, as it allows customers to control their meal's composition, from the base to the final flourishes.
While there might be some varying opinions, the positive feedback on specific menu items is consistent and encouraging. The beef shawarma, for example, is frequently praised for being "super tender and flavorful," a testament to the quality of the meat and the authenticity of the spices used in the marinade. Similarly, the kafta lamb kebab is highlighted for its delicious, moist texture, likened to a small, flavorful patty. These specific commendations demonstrate NAYA's strength in its core offerings. The menu also includes a variety of delicious side options and a selection of desserts like pistachio baklava and warm feta bread, which are a must-try for a complete culinary experience. The warm feta bread, in particular, is noted as a delicious side that complements the main dishes perfectly.
Beyond the food, the location itself, situated behind St. Patrick's Cathedral, makes it a convenient and easily accessible lunch spot for those in the area. The interior is described as "nice" with limited seating, which reinforces its fast-casual nature and its primary role as a quick-service establishment. The price point is also noted as being reasonable for the portion size and quality, offering good value for money in a city where dining can often be expensive. NAYA has successfully established itself as a reliable and tasty option for anyone in Midtown East looking to satisfy a craving for fresh, healthy, and flavorful Middle Eastern fare.

The worst falafel I've ever eaten. It was hard and I think it had bulgur instead of chickpeas. When I mentioned it, the attendant asked why I didn't like it and was reluctant to change it. Other than that, the place is nice
August 01 · neslihan sinimFirst time trying this Lebanese food chain and it exceeds my expectations!Location: It is located along Madison Avenue behind St. Patricks cathedral. There are few seatings inside.Service: it is a step by step process. Not that much interaction cause you just have to tell them which choices you want.Food: I got the Naya Bowl. And it was the best. It is a step by step process so here is what I got.STEP 1: you can choose naya roll, naya bowl or naya salad. I chose the bowl cause it has rice with vermicelli.STEP 2: choose 2 meats. I chose beef shawarma which is super tender and flavorful. The second meat was kafta lamb kebab, it was 2 pieces but it was delicious, very moist inside its like a small patty burger.STEP 3: choose toppings. I chose hummus, tahini, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, feta cheese, chopped romaine.I got also pistachio baklava and their warm feta bread on the side. This is a must!Price rating: 7/10 price range. It was not bad, I paid $19 for naya bowl, baklava and bread.I will definitely come back here to try the other choices.
February 08 · Mark NowellI recently visited Naya to pick up lunch for my team, and it was an amazing experience! Everyone loved what they ordered, and it’s no surprise given the quality and variety this place offers.I had the Naya Bowl with Kafta Lamb Kebab, and it was absolutely delicious. The base of vermicelli rice paired perfectly with the seasoned lamb kebabs, which were tender, flavorful, and spiced just right. I especially appreciated the unlimited fresh toppings—there are so many great options to customize your bowl exactly how you want it!I also grabbed a few sides, including the Little Tabboule and Labne with White Pita. The tabboule was fresh and vibrant, with the perfect balance of parsley, mint, bulgur, and a zesty lemon-olive oil dressing. The labne was creamy and rich, making it the perfect dip for the freshly baked, soft white pita. The service was another standout- they were friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience seamless and pleasant.Naya does an excellent job of staying true to its mission of providing authentic, fresh, and nutritious Middle Eastern meals. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. Highly recommend this spot for a quick, satisfying, and healthy meal!Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Naya! 😊
November 18 · tamara balazsovitsNot being from the north east and how popular this joint is in NY, the only thing that I can relate to is Chipotle's but with Lebanese meats or options. It was filling and light. Good to hold you tidy as you are on the move.
September 21 · SurgeI screwed up my online order (forgot to hit the "submit" button, I guess). Got there and there was a huge line. Mery saw what happened and helped me out. Very thankful! Like the food, too! Online ordering (when I don't screw it up) is smooth and orders are filled promptly.
