nice cozy warm place first visit a place to go with friends, to celebrate your birthday or have a good time and the food is delicious and the attention is excellent. Me and my partner like the olace makes you feel like you're in a sports bar on the beach I Irecommend it ..

Outstanding service at this place! Had lunch there with my sister, my daughter (who adores this place) and two littles. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we didn’t feel rushed at all. We had delicious margaritas- so many choices! And great birria tacos and a Mexican salad with big shrimp. My sister also ordered a birria ramen to go and she said it was fantastic. Just fun, relaxed and delicious!!

We really enjoyed our experience at New Wave. We were visiting family and walked around Huntington Village before New Wave caught our eye. We decided to grab lunch there and were very happy with our choice.Food: As an appetizer, we got the chips dip trio. It's great way to try the queso, salsa, and guacamole. They also were very friendly and gave us extra chips. The queso was delicious, did need a little salt according to me. The guacamole tasted fresh and they even made it spicy for us.For entree, I got the Vegan chick n' with Nashville hot oil. They were DELICIOUS. Perfectly crispy and the right amount of spicy and cool. The sauce they add to it gives it the perfect contrast. I got three huge tacos for only $15. My husband got their Nashville Fried Chicken and he told me he really enjoyed the real chicken version as well.Price: Very reasonable especially for the portion size. When they say 3 tacos, they do NOT mean small tiny ones, they are actually hearty sized.Ambiance: I love the vibe of the bar. It felt like a California surfer vibe yet more upscale. I also like the color scheme in the restaurant. They had casual but nice dish ware. You can clearly tell a lot of thought was put into the set up of the restaurant.Service: Very very impressed with the service. Everyone there was very friendly and so patient with us. My wife and I absolutely love this place!! We go every Thursday for our date night. Always have an interesting special burrito every week, the brisket burrito was out of this world!! We have had the nachos every way you can get them, I love them all but if I had to choose one try the chicken ones. Very friendly staff, every server we've had has been amazing. Great music and laid back atmosphere, last night we were watching an SSX Trickey playthrough. Can't say enough good things about this place. Always excited to go back! Highly recommend!

I’ve never left a google review but these people are straight up rude and micro microaggresive. They told us that we can’t have outside food which only one of our friends had. They put their food away. We were very nice to the manager and everyone. I go to Cornell university, and this is literally illegal. This guy was so rude. He said don’t even serve them. What are we in the 1950s??? He told the waiter not to even go there. This is what happens when you allow WHITE PEOPLE to run an ethnic store. This is really disappointing. The manger told the waiter not to even approach me and my friends (all people of color). This is ridiculous. Even the waiter was so disappointed by this behavior. Please don’t ever go here. Not even for the racism but for the mere rude costumer service. I am so disappointed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
