The manager lady lies out her butt so much it should be her new hat, they send your food never sealed and burnt. We asked for a seal and asked to not have the pepper inside and of course thats not how it comes; comes open with the damn pepper. Then they don’t want to answer the phone and when they do they rush you off the line and have an attitude about the complaint.

We just received this pizza which clearly was held vertically because it’s completely destroyed. We had ordered this pizza at 1pm for LUNCH and called papa johns when this order showed up like this and their response was “call the manager at 6pm” and refused to give us a refund or send a new pizza and to instead his respond was “throw away the pizza”. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered online and did the “cash on delivery” option, someone called to tell me to pay with card because DoorDash does not take cash. That’s something you should make clear online. Anyways, I gave him my card number and done. This is how my “garlic knots” arrived, not sure in which way these are garlic knots lol. Then to top it all off, they also didn’t send my soda. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery several times from this location. Pizza is not cut completely. Had to cut it when it arrived. Drinks have been forgotten. a good portion of the pizza was without cheese. Will not order from this papa john's again :(
