have never been so disgusted in my life I placed a order and found there was flies baked inside the cheese of the pizza when I called to report this i was hung up on told no one told me to eat from here also maybe I was mistaken the bugs for mushrooms horrible place !!!!

i don’t recommend this store. two people working vs uncounted orders. you have to wait mad late to get your food. pick up or delivery

Terrible Customer ServiceI placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be quick. When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me, but no one was helping anyone. The staff acted completely indifferent—there was no one at the counter, and the same person making the pizzas was also handling payments. I waited around 15 minutes with my pizza already done and just sitting there.What made it worse was when someone who arrived after me raised their voice to get attention, and only then did the staff respond. When I tried to ask for my pizza, the employee spoke to me rudely, saying, “I don’t have four hands.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary behavior.I stood there feeling like an idiot waiting for something that was already ready. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place.

Papa Johns Pizza, this franchise is located off White Plains Rd in the hood🙃 Yup!But guess what the pizzas taste good they used to sell slices of pizza because of their location ( which I taught was a great 💡 idea), but I don't see 🤔 them doing since the pandemic.Anyway 3 🌟...for poor ambiance, guys not because you are in the hood! Fix up the place please😅

I usually love Papa John's but unfortunately this order was a bit disappointing after I had my first slice of pizza and looked down to find that there was a dead bug underneath the pizza sliced that I just took a bite of. I would appreciate if somebody could get back to me about either a refund or another set of pizzas but deff not at this location because I don't want another dead bugs or worst case scenario the person that is making the pizza is not prolly wearing gloves. Dated, 10/30/2024 at exactly 2:51pm!!!!!!!! Don't take this as not serious cause If there's 𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑, I will choose it!
