★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Beautiful place. Absolutely disgusting food and coffee tonight. I spit out my coffee, a pumpkin latte, it was thick with the syrup and not even blended- I tried to stir it myself and it just settled in the bottom and was overly "syruped", They refused to remake and gave me an empty cup to try and fix it... and the donut, I couldn't even chew it was so stale. A waste of $ 10-12 bucks here for sure.
September 12 · Allison KinkeadParis Baguette in Manhattan NYC, Upper Westside 2568 Broadway, New York, NY 10025, There are Amazing selection of pastries, with fantastic Espresso, Cappuccino...other beverage price are good. Fabulous service with great environment to meet up place or by yourself.
September 09 · Warrent SattunyueTo the owner:PB is a coffee-shop where I come to get my beloved coffees. Today, after 11 minutes waiting for an expresso macchiato with almond milk (foamed almond milk) I got a latte full of milk. With respect, I return to the counter to ask for help to get my desired beverage. A lady, who said she was the manager, told me that the employee is new and I have to have patience because he doesn’t know how to foam milk . She also stated that I come too often and that she didn’t like it!! I requested a refund after this statement since I’m not welcomed by her!!! I come every morning and I’ve never experienced something similar! An employee complains because a customer brings business to the store!! After that she told me refunds are not allowed and offered to make a new coffee after 15 minutes!! Please, check your cameras. This happened on 9/14. After 2:59 pm. Here is my ticket and I left the store at 3.18 pm. Horrendous experience just to get an espresso with foamed almond milk. Most companies train their employees before placing them as baristas. In this case, I understand that is the manager’s responsibility to place the correct employee at every position. She used my time to train the new barista and disrespect me because he did a bad job. Not Matthew’s fault!! I want my time back!!!UPDATE: on 9/15 at 6:30 am I came back for my morning coffee. While waiting for it, the general manager approached me. He didn’t introduced himself, he asked me if I had had a problem the day before. I spent 20 minutes doing this! I’m not coming back. I feel that customers’ time is very important because they are the reason why businesses exist. When approaching a customer, you should always provide an apology or a thank you for your business. A customer who is known to your staff is a regular and it’s not a problem, it’s a jewel.
September 15 · Romina Ricco GreubelWow! I walked past this place hundreds of times, always admiring through the window, the delicious looking pastries they had on display. When I finally walked inside for a cup of coffee and looked closely at all the pastries and danish and cakes, I was shocked at how inexpensive they were priced! I asked if there was a sale on, and was told nope, those are our regular prices. Along with my fantastic cup of coffee , I ended up buying a box full of pastries, a couple of sandwiches on fresh baked bread, and even a couple of croissants.. so I admit, I am not normally a consumer of croissants, and this may be the first time I ever used that word in a sentence. Nevertheless, I can say with absolute confidence the food, desserts, bread, pastries and coffee there are all fresh, delicious and of the highest quality. They are served by a bunch of friendly, smiling staff as good-looking is some of the pastries. They were all priced fairly competitively, if not an outright bargain. For anyone who has not ventured inside one of these stores, I strongly encourage you to do so once, and you'll instantly become a regular as have I. This store, located on Broadway btwn West 96 and 97, is so easy to get to, just steps away from the MTA Subway's 1/2/3 96th Street Station, as well as the MTA's M96 and M104 bus stops. Five big, delicious, freshly baked stars. 🍰☕️🥖🧁🥐
December 09 · BrianI usually get croissants or pastries from them, but decided to try their sandwiches. Bought the turkey avocado and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh it tasted as the bread was still soft. Great place to stop by for a quick breakfast or lunch option.
