This place is beyond horrible they serve old stale food will be reporting them to food and health and safety , I had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment. The food was old, stale, and clearly not fresh. It was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise others not to eat here. To make matters worse, the employees were unprofessional and showed little regard for customer service. Overall, this place fell far below even basic expectations.

I ordered a personal supreme. I waited for my food right by register as there was no one else in the place. The same person who took my order went to prepare my food. He tells me my order is ready as I waited about 15 mins then proceeds to tell me that he made the supreme but they were out of onions and peppers. My question is why didnt he tell me that in the beginning as I was ordering or why didnt he tell me that as he was making the pizza as I was still inside of the store. Horrible service horrible food and horrible atmosphere.

Delivery service via Uber eats was great!Pizza hut sent a plain cheese pie when I ordered chicken sausage. I gt dry pasta with 4 slices of pepperoni when I ordered 3 meat livers pasta....Very disappointed! They only refunded for the pizza. I showed refunded total amount accommodated with a new hot fresh meal!

There’s some shady activity going on here. Had an order from Uber for them to then tell me that my order didn’t go through to their system, but I could see it on my app just fine and every delivery driver who tried to pick up my order as well but somehow My order wasn’t popping up in their system. Then when I called them personally about it, he tells me that I can re-order and have my order disputed but then when I go to see if the location is still available to order from because it was just 11 o’clock and they don’t close at 2 AM, it was no longer taking orders. I ordered from a completely different Pizza Hut far away from this location right away to see it maybe my account that was messed up and had no problems..

I had a craving for pizza hut and went to the nearest store I found at the time. I ordered a medium and boneless wings and I paid cash. I received a pie which was burned so I asked for another they said they couldn't do that because they had no more mediums, they offered a thin crust instead which I didn't want. They also forgot the wings and after waiting 10 minutes for the wings while my pizza was getting cold I was told they didn't have boneless wings. I asked for my money back for the wings and was told they couldn't give me my money back but would provide store credit, I didn't understand why because I paid cash. I didn't want the store credit so I decided to take bone in wings instead. They provided me with 3-4 additional wings for the inconvenience. I do also want to note that the staff was not wearing gloves at anytime. Needless to say I will not be returning.
