The açaí is delicious. I love Playa Bowls. But comparing this store to others this one is awful. It’s a bowl mostly of granola and just a little bit of açaí. I feel very disappointed because it isn’t the first time that happened and I never had this issue before with other locations. In fact it’s the third time it’s happened.

I bought the tropical twist smoothie & I also requested a cup of ice & water. The cashier said that it was fine. However the man that handed me my smoothie refused to give me a free cup of water with ice. Not to mention that it was almost 90 degrees outside & I was walking with my children. I am highly disappointed in the service that I received here. That’s not good business & it’s definitely not a way to treat your customers who spend their money in your establishment.

10/10 Yasmani is so nice. All the juices are always fresh and the bowls are delicious. Definitely recommend adding on extra granola and nutella.

We were quite pleased when our local Playa Bowls opened nearby. However, this is the third occasion we have visited, only to find it closed, despite the website indicating it should be open. This has occurred on different days and at various times.It would be most helpful if the operating hours could be updated, as it would prevent us from wasting our time and allow us to choose an alternative location.

Omg this place was insanely pretty, I went there for the first time and I got a Nutella bowl but I wasn’t fully satisfied. I got extra Nutella, and extra granola on my bowl and two of my friends got a Nutella bowl without the extra. We were dumbfounded when I had gotten my bowl because I paid almost 20 dollars for extra Nutella and extra granola but the Nutella was nowhere to be found. I had to go back to the counter to ask them for more which I found weird because I already paid for extra. So it’s like why am I asking for more Nutella if I had paid for extra???. I just wish that when I pay for Something extra there’s actually extra on there. I was disappointed because compared to other places I’ve been I had gotten what I paid for. But this was only my experience when I went to the store. I made an online order(DoorDash) and the same thing happened. I payed for extra Nutella but there was only a drizzle. I was really disappointed and there wasn’t any way I could have wrote how much Nutella I wanted. I really hope there’s like a way to emphasis on what I mean when I say I want extra Nutella especially for online orders. I’m craving it again today but I don’t wanna be left disappointed again. Other than that I love this place.
