I didn’t get half of my order and the lady was giving me attitudes because I told her I don’t want the drink. Unfortunately I took my order and u only looked at it when I was already home and now I found out half of my order is missing. I always go to think location I never had any problems only today. I always order combo without the drink and no one say anything. Today the lady was being rude and saying uff. And at the end she didn’t gave my full order. I’m really pissed right now and she didn’t even give me receipt🤦🏻‍♀️. This is so unfair because I wasted my money for nothing. Ans I’m really surprised because I never had problems only with this lady.

Yesterday I went into this Popeyes location on my lunch break . I was not greeted when I walked in . The lady at the counter had an attitude as if I was bothering her . I ordered a chicken sandwich meal . I asked for a ranch sauce she told me she doesn’t have any . Then she’s going to say I have to pay extra for a sauce.Food was cold , mind you it was only 11:30 am how is the food cold . Horrible customer service. I would definitely like a refund for my food .

The Popeyes in Washington Heights must be one of the worst fast-food locations in my area. I ordered a fish sandwich to go, the staff gave me my order, went home, started eating my sandwich, and it was CHICKEN! I was provided with was wrapped in a fish sandwich foil. I called the manager, was not sympathetic, then offered me an extra sandwich for the mistake. I went back to the store; as soon I entered, the front cashier spotted me and made a side comment to her colleague, and they both started laughing. I don't know why this was funny. If they are young and immature, I can understand, but the monitoring of staff must increase in the store. I finally received my sandwich 12 minutes later and return home to see my sandwich had two buns with tartar sauce in between the buns. What type of quality monitoring and control is happening? I called the manager, and she was not even ashamed. I have to tell her that I was calling the regional manager, and she started saying, sorry, please don't call. Unacceptable!
