Food was good. Very crowded, but this is to be expected for the location. The elevator stopped working while I was there, but because they didn't put a sign up anywhere it forced people to crowd up and stand around waiting for an elevator that would never arrive. People had to use the stairs but for some customers this created a problem, due to disability, and due to having children in strollers, some huge and elaborate. Posting a sign telling everyone that the elevator is out of service would have been a tremendous help all around.

I just ordered a family meal from this location. Waited 45 minutes just to have the chicken under cooked / raw in the middle. The smell of the food after breaking the chicken apart to find out it's raw in the middle is nasty. I had blood leaking down the chicken. I lost my appetite.Won't visit Popeyes again! Or anyone I know after seeing the pictures below.

Went there after work around 6:00pm. Staff didn’t listen to us while we were ordering and turned around and packed delivery. I knew they would take wrong order and they did ! and didn’t even say sorry. What’s even worse is food was the worst fried chicken I ever had. Too dry and stone cold. If you want to try worst chicken and service, you can come here !

They got my order wrong and refused to take my food and exchange it for the correct order. Eventually I got a refund back after a very long talk, and even then, there were hardly any tables to speak of and the ones that were available didn't have enough chairs for the family. Only 2 chairs instead of the usual 4. I would never come back here, EVER.

Popeyes chicken is always good and tasty, food was warm, didn't take long. Employees are nice. Would recommend to get chicken from here. It was a bit crowded with a lot of food delivery guys.
