★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this Pret location so much. It is honestly the customer service and lovely attitude of the staff here that convinced me to get a Pret membership (though I am sad tapping my QR code doesn’t let me tip them). Every single person I’ve interacted with at this location has been so spectacularly kind and competent. They are quick yet attentive and I look forward to my latte every morning (and my boss looks forward to her chai too she says). Thank you guys for making my work days a little more enjoyable.
September 10 · Margo WagnerLiterally the worst strawberry Matcha I think I’ve ever had, if there is any Matcha in here then it’s severely diluted.Basically milk with a splash of Matcha water.
August 05 · ValThis has nothing to do with this branch but more pointed at the company in general.I bought coffee on my way to work 2 days in a row. Both cups started leaking within 10 minutes. Today I had to get off the train to toss out the cup as it was making a terrible mess.
May 01 · abolfazl sodagarThis is one of two new Prets in the renovated Penn Station; it has all the quick-grab delicious soups, salads, and sandwiches as any other. I’ve been hooked on the half baguette chicken bahn-mi, which has fresh cucumber and other tangy tastes. Everything is New York prices but for low-calorie, flavor-rich bites, Pret easily beats many of the greasier options around.
December 08 · Justin Rogers-CooperJonathan and his coworker were so nice!!! I asked for the nutricion facts and he immediatey pulled up an iPad and explained where to find all the information under the labels. I came in 7:30 on a Thursday and they still had options despite the fact that they were closing! I asked for food recs as well and he let me know what was really good based on what he'd tried. The workers went above and beyond and were super nice, which is refreshing in a place as crowded as Penn Station. For their careful attention, I am so grateful! A little overpriced ($7 for that lil pot) but the fruits were fresh, and I believe the prices are the fault of the corporation and possibly the rent, not the location. I will admit, the cottage cheese was a little bit overly bitter so I ended up just eating the fruits and tossing the rest😂but maybe I am just not a cottage cheese type of person.Oh, and speaking of location, this is conveniently located beside the NJ transit and are prob the best place to grab a bite in a rush when near that entrance.
