This photo must have been a long time ago profiled here. We were there on the 29 July 2025 at around 2p.m. or so. My dear daughter says she wanted Italian ice. Drove a bit but found this place. Looked nice enough. Only flavors of Italian ice being offered was cherry, lemon and I believe chocolate😱. Got the large cup $7.25 plus tax later, my dear daughter said she understands why the place was empty. Got the cherry and lime flavor. Whose bright idea was it to include cherry bits into the ice? The cherry had no flavor, just sugar ice. The girl serving us... Didn't get her name but guessing she was not having a good day. Won't be back..

I was visiting a park a few blocks away and had in mind to visit this place. Let me start by saying they have so many flavor choices you're overwhelmed by it but that's a good problem. They have, ices, Gelato,sundaes,ice cream and more. Staff is pretty friendly and let you have as many samples as you want.they have indoor and outdoor seating. I decided to try the Caribbean splash and it didn't disappoint. Place is pretty popular they had a pretty steady stream of customers. So if you in the area definitely stop by worth visiting. You can get here by train aswell via metro north.

The girl that waited on us was rude and acted like we were bothering her. I would rather drive to Rita's than to feel like we did walking out of there. Ralph, we can do better, I own a business and would never allow employees to treat customers like that.

The Managment needs to reconsider the staffing! Been there couple times because I like to give second or third chances and every time-disappointment!! Those young girls behind the counter seems like they’re there as punishment not serving ice creams but rudeness and attitude! Don’t bother asking for extras or substitutions unless you want them to make you regret that the second you ask.
