What Is Worth Choosing
For a first-time visit or for regulars looking to explore beyond their favorites, several items at Rambo Style Hibachi Express stand out as must-try dishes, representing the best of their Asian fusion offering.
You absolutely must try the Xiao Long Bao (Pork Bun). Described as the "best cuts of pork/quality meat" in a pork bun in all of New York City, it is the clear star of the appetizer menu. The passion put into this homemade delicacy is evident in every bite, making it an experience that transcends typical restaurant fare.
Next, dive into the core of their name with a selection from the Hibachi Express menu. The Hibachi Chicken is a bestseller, offering tender chicken strips with a savory hibachi flavor, served with vegetables and steamed rice. For a richer, more diverse flavor profile, the Hibachi Chicken & Beef combination is a highly recommended choice, allowing you to sample two expertly prepared proteins.
If you prefer noodles, bypass a simple order and select a dish from the highly praised Dumplings section, especially those prepared in Hot Sesame Sauce, such as the Shrimp Dumplings in Hot Sesame Sauce—a perfect combination of fresh filling and a satisfyingly spicy kick. For traditional noodle lovers, the Vegetable Lo Mein and the Chicken Lo Mein are customer favorites that deliver on taste and portion size. Finally, for a true taste of Japan, one of the four available Ramen varieties (Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso, or Spicy Miso) offers a deep, savory broth base perfect for colder New York days. Rambo Style is where you go when you want a delicious meal that feels like a discovery—an authentic hidden gem right here in Brooklyn.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went here for the first time and had: Pork buns, chicken and beef hibachi and beef lo mein. Both the pork buns and chicken/beef hinachi were good. Chicken lo mein was ok, normal.Overall for the price is a good place to eat.
May 12 · GabrielThis place is probably the #1 hidden gem of NYC. The chef treated us with such kindness. We can tell he truly has a passion for this. He let us try his homemade pork buns and it is MY FAVORITE in all of NYC. I’ve tried them in every nook and cranny, but this is the one with the best cuts of pork/quality meat. The vegetables dumplings are out of this work, as well as the chicken egg roll. Please please please, stop by and pick anything from the menu! You will walk away with a happy tummy!
April 01 · iormares rodasI love tempura taro and this place had it as part of the shrimp tempura appetizer order! The hibachi section has great offer of meat portions and flavors are on point. But sometimes its too salty. I would recommend less salt, and the shrimps are huge my fav :) Using Card has a fee so bring cash to get best price.Lemon pepper wing is amazing.
April 05 · Amanda WangNever expect to bump into such as hidden gem around prospect park, they give generous amount of food with an affordable price, more importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. Specially the shrimp dumpling and lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings was crispy outside while juicy inside, it was one of the best chicken wings I have try for a while. The only downside I will was that it was a little hot while dining in. Overall, 5 out of 5, and definitely coming back if I got the chance.
June 06 · Maikho .CI never go off based off of Google reviews but today I decided to try without being four stars on above on yelp. AnyWho got the lemon pepper wings. Someone said they were amazing today they use old grease very soggy & particles from old chicken from old grease !! There’s a lot very good restaurants around to use OLD grease when you’re cooking chicken thanks. I ate three and threw the rest away. They give you a total of seven and it was $7.77. I won’t be back. I only live a block away from this place. I didn’t leave these in the box forever. I mainly came home and ate them. The owner replied and said they changed the oil yesterday exactly if you change the oil yesterday all the food particles from what you fried yesterday in your restaurant is on my chicken today I suggest you change the oil every day.
