Rose's Pizza Introduce
In a city famous for its pizza, Rose's Pizza holds a special place in the hearts of New Yorkers, particularly those who frequent the bustling hub of Penn Station. This is more than just a pizza joint; it’s a dependable institution for commuters, a late-night savior for travelers, and a go-to spot for anyone craving a classic New York slice. Its strategic location and dedication to serving fresh, delicious, and oversized slices make it a standout in a crowded market. Rose's Pizza is a testament to the simple pleasure of a perfectly made, no-frills pizza.
The core of Rose's Pizza’s appeal lies in its straightforward and honest approach to food. The menu focuses on what it does best: pizza. From classic Cheese and Pepperoni to more creative options like Baked Ziti Pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, there's a slice for every preference. The legendary "huge" slices, as one customer described them, offer incredible value and are a hallmark of the New York pizza experience. The thin, crispy crust and fresh toppings make for a satisfying meal that is both delicious and comforting, whether you're grabbing a whole pie or just a quick slice on the run.
What truly sets Rose's Pizza apart is its understanding of its clientele. Located in one of the city's busiest transportation hubs, the restaurant is designed for efficiency without sacrificing quality. The staff is quick and attentive, ensuring that even during the busiest times, you can get your order fast and be on your way. This personal touch, combined with the convenience of its location, makes every visit a smooth and pleasant experience.
The atmosphere at Rose's is casual and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can feel comfortable grabbing a bite alone, with a group of friends, or with family. The inclusion of late-night food makes it a crucial resource for anyone arriving on a late train or working in the area after hours. ---Choosing Rose's Pizza is a decision to embrace the quintessential New York pizza experience. The main reason to visit is the quality and value of the food. As one customer raved, a cheese slice is "huge" and a "thin crust, but tasty all over." This is the kind of authentic New York-style pizza that locals and tourists alike crave. The fact that the slices are heated up to taste "pretty fresh" is a small but important detail that shows the pride they take in their product. Beyond the classic cheese and pepperoni, the menu offers unique pies like the "Grandma Pizza" and "White Spinach Pizza," providing something for every palate.
The convenience factor is a massive selling point. Located directly in Penn Station, it's the perfect spot for anyone on the go. Whether you have just a few minutes before your train or are looking for a satisfying meal after a long journey, the fast service and grab-and-go options are a lifesaver. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really neat spot right in Penn station. It was the only Pizza place I could find open in the morning in midtown. Fortunately I got a slice of cheese pizza for $5 and it was huge. - like slightly bigger than Costco pizza. It’s really thin crust, but tasty all over. They heat it up for you, so it tastes pretty fresh. I loved it and suggest you stop by here if you’re at Penn Station and want some pizza.
August 14 · Jacob Broadhead🍕🚉🍕 This place definitely earns its claim to fame as a highly regarded Penn Station pizzeria. The food is fresh and warm, but honestly, so are plenty of other spots nearby. What really sets this place apart is its commuter-friendly setup and prideful service. They make it easy for you to grab a slice on the go, and that personal touch alone is worth a stop.
May 11 · Harrison C. DaviesThis place gets a pass. It’s not my favorite pizza place by any stretch, But growing up I came here countless times (if I wasn’t running for a train)I always hoped we would have 15 mins before the lirr left so I could get a slice and was always pissed when we missed it (not much is worth an hour wait at 11pm when you work in the morning 😂).It still holds up as great pizza and still prefer it over most of the pizza on LI itself!
July 23 · Daniel MarosA solid pizza shop that’s right outside of MSG and just a short walking distance from the Amtrak Station. Food is very reasonably priced and the pizza slices are good sized. The tomato sauce is a little too sweet, but overall not a bad slice.
November 20 · Austin BoleyBusy place but service moved very quickly. Pizza was AMAZING!!! And I chose to add Mike's Hot Honey
