★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Salt Hank is SO sweet and SO wholesome. The portions are huge. It’s a bit on the pricier side for a sandwich, but you understand why after the first bite. Every ingredient is a 10/10. It’s super filling (we shared 1 sandwich between 2 people and it was perfect) The staff is also really sweet.Wait time to get inside the restaurant was ~35 minutes but the service is super quick once ure in.(Put the fries in the sandwich)
September 07 · Sarah MufarrijA great spot for a French dip. Cooked to perfection with the perfect spiced au jus. I devoured my sandwich. I personally would like real French fries, but others might think it would be too filling. The thin potatoes are a nice touch, but not amazing. Line moved rather quickly, if you do to takeout you move along faster on the line, since they ask you if your staying or going.
September 19 · Adam CohenThere's a lot of hype but it's well deserved! When you bit into the sandwich, the first thing you notice is how soft and crispy the bread is, just like a proper sourdough baguette should be.Then you start tasting the delicious, thinly thinly sliced prime rib with caramelized onions and horseradish-garlic aioli. You'll also taste some nice chewy bits of provolone. At this point you think, wow, this is a good sandwich but you also have to try the warm jus which also has a ton of flavor. Damn, it actually makes it better.I was impressed and will be back!
September 14 · AlexThe French dip was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The bread was well toasted and crunchy, the cheese was perfectly melted. And the meat was tender, juicy, and almost melted in my mouth. The accompanying au jous was flavorful and really helped soften the bread. The sandwich was definitely worth the hour wait, however the fries were very thin and not worth it. I would travel for this sandwich
September 12 · Aneesh MathurThe best french dip I have ever had. Each ingredient is so well thought out and expertly made. Nice to see the owner working and taking pride in his food. The girl in the front who seats you and takes care of the line is a true gem! She controls the chaos well so everything runs smooth. This was a top highlight of our trip to New York!
