★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Quality omakase at a reasonable price point! Very much enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend for omakase lovers to check out. The flavor combinations were delicious and the fish was very fresh.
September 13 · Bailey JaworskiI forgot to take a picture, but the ikura was the best ikura I've ever had, it wasn't fishy at all. And the nori they use for the hand rolls is amazing and so easy to chew. Best nori. I really enjoyed the madai, the hamachi, kanpachi, scallop, botan ebi, and omg the o-toro was amazing. Great value for the number of courses. I left feeling satisfied--I usually order extra pieces but here I didn't feel the need to. Some loaded pieces at the end were so soft and melted in my mouth. At $87 per person for 15 courses, it was a truly satisfying experience for a great value.
September 17 · Cliff JonesHuge compliments to our chef, he was amazing and could tell he really loved doing his job and was so kind in even showing us our nigiris up close to take a pic. Accommodated our requests smoothly and made us feel comfortable. Fish were very fresh and flavors/toppings were immaculate. Would def recommend and come back, my friend and I had a blast! 🤍
September 13 · YasmineRecently had the pleasure of enjoying my first omakase experience at Sanyuu West, and it truly exceeded expectations. The dedicated chef assigned to our party crafted one masterpiece after another, all prepared right in front of us. The atmosphere was calm and inviting - perfect for a special dinner. At $78, the 15-course meal felt like great value and surprisingly accessible. To top it off, guests were offered the option to reorder their favorite dishes from the à la carte menu at the end.
May 03 · Robin MeertensThis place is my new favorite spot for omakase. Fish to rice ratio was perfect. Watching an artist paint a masters piece by piece, the flavor profile is amazing, each piece was better that the last piece. $78 for 15 course is really good.
