★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On May 9th I went to buy snacks from this establishment , everything went smoothly until I went to the next store to find the my card declined and almost over $1100 gone in over 4 min. . Long story short BE CAREFUL OF THIS STORE IS NOT WORTH THE SWIPE ,THE FRESH FRUIT, OR WHATEVER THERE ADVERTISING .
May 23 · anna julienAvoid at all costs!!! This business deleted its old google profile because people were exposing them!!I’ve had two incidents with them in the last month alone, and I’ve vowed to not go back.#1 My credit card was charged $11 but they said it never went through. I called customer service in the store and they told the deli workers that the charge was authorized and not declined. They deli workers not give me my food or credit me my money, and finally Amex agreed to remove the charge and mark the business for fraud. Really disappointing service after I’ve spent over $1000 here this past year.#2 Two weeks ago a man came in at 3am and took a photo of a customer. The workers didn’t do anything and said “crazy people show up at this time”. The girl and her friends started freaking out asking them if they had video, and the workers said they can’t get involved or have acesss to the video.I should have stopped earlier after the rude service, insanely high prices and disregard to loyal customers. This is my warning for yall to not make the same mistake!Go to AR deli down the street on 5th and Dean, the people working are friendlier and their prices are better. For speciality products, go to World famous deli on Bergen and Flatbush, they have the same stock.Avoid!
