February 19 · Fred D.I came here with a large group for my birthday. Despite all of us being unfamiliar with Uzbek cuisine everyone left happy and full. The food was unique and delicious and had us keep on ordering more. The service was very laid back and homey even though we came in with a large group and no reservation. Would absolutely come back here again!

I also appreciated the generous portion sizes, which make it great value for money. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. One minor downside was the noise level, which can get a bit high during peak hours, but it's a small price to pay for such delicious food and excellent service.Overall, Shashlik Uz N1 is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Samarkand/Uzbekistan and Central Asian cuisine in Brooklyn! The restaurant's decor is charming, with traditional elements that transport you to Central Asia. January 03 · Umid AdilovThe inside reminds of a czar palace , my food was to take out . I had the Lamb Chops, Ribs and the Bombacha. The Lamb Chops meat was cooked well not burned and the meat came of the bone. The Lamb was not bland it had taste. The Ribs were tasty well cooked and flavorful. My favorite was the Bombacha, the meat was soft and melted in the mouth although the cheese was less they could had more cheese to it. I hope the Standards of cooking remain the same. Definitely will be visiting again.
