DON'T GO HERE. The RUDEST SERVICE . I ordered a bagel and went to desk to pay for it. A salad and juice came up so I stepped back to let the appropriate customer pay for their order. The cashier rolled his eyes at me in disgust and said" you just gonna walk away and NOT PAY?" I was so taken aback by his rudeness . I asked " Excuse me?" he repeated his leer and disgust with me , so I said" The food that came up was not meant for me, so I stepped back , and you don't need to be so rude"He replied" calm down! Calm down! " sarcastically.So I said " OK, thats it, you lost my business, and walked out"Even the customer who had ordered the salad was trying to explain to him why I had stepped back.AWFUL PERSON.

I’m only putting 1 star because I’m obligated but I give this place 0 stars specifically because of the night manager (goofy with the glasses)!!! This place was great when it first opened in the upper west side but has become More and more despicable by the day (and now has roaches). This is my first time ever leaving a review in my life but his trifling a** deserves to be put on blast. I have avoided ordering or going to this store at night for months because of this mans constant rudeness and playing with people’s food. Different overpriced charges every time you come. Pls do not support this business this man does not value his customers. Columbia Deli is way better!!!!

This place is a total ripoff. Sales tax in 6.99 juice in NYC is 0.62 cents, not 2.1 usd. I am never getting anything from you ever again. I wish you fail soon, predatory shops like yours shouldn't exist.

Just landed from Dallas, Tx. This place was my 1st stop to get something to eat. Their veggie bagel sandwich was really good. I was able to get my food quick and the service was nice. Clean space.

It's so overpriced now, literally 30-100% higher than neighboring stores for any shelf items, and still increasing. Warning, items ring up higher than the price stickers and they also have a hefty penalty for using a card.
