★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my partner for her birthday and it was superb! The food was excellent, we shared the polpette and bread for starters, followed by steak frites for main and chicken parm for main course, this was served and eaten mostly before the jazz started. Then once the music started the cocktails are excellent! Overall perfect spot for a special evening, we will be back!
July 01 · Elliot HoareWe loved every second of our time here. Great music, great performances. The food was really good though I wished my burger was cooked better. Would recommend a visit if you like jazz and want a night out.
April 13 · Alcy LeyvaI’ve always wanted to visit a jazz bar in NYC. During my trip to the city, I looked up options on Google, and my choice was Smoke—both because of the performer scheduled for that night and the great reviews of the place. It was truly a wonderful experience: great music, excellent food, and fantastic service. The show starts right on time, so I suggest arriving a bit early and warming up with a drink at the attached bar. The location is perfect—we took the subway there and back. It was amazing
June 11 · Marco NanniniGreat jazz club! Much more intimate than the downtown clubs. I like the reserved seating . I had the special cod dish which was very nice. Can’t wait to go again.
June 21 · barbara mooreNice jazz venue. Make sure you avoid the seats behind the musicians and the undercooked ratatouille. That leaves one good vegetarian main: mushroom wine sauce polenta. It is a pity they insist on one main course per person and make a point of charging for paying by card. Turn your chair to avoid neck ache. However the 1hr music is short.
