The menu at Spicy Tibet is a celebration of classic Tibetan comfort food, with offerings that are both hearty and delicious. The star of the show is, of course, the Momo, a type of dumpling that is a staple of Tibetan cuisine. A customer raved about the "sizzler chicken momos," highlighting their "tangy flavors" and the fact that they were "piping hot, fresh and delicious." Another loyal patron, who has been going to the restaurant for a "very long time now," enthusiastically recommends the "sizzler Momo with the chili oil," a testament to the dish's addictive quality. The reviews consistently praise the quality and freshness of the food. One customer noted that their fried chicken patties were "crispy" and the chopsuey was "crunchy," highlighting the attention to detail in the preparation of each dish. The generous "large portion sizes and affordable" prices make it an excellent value, a feature that is highly appreciated by New Yorkers. While the name "Spicy Tibet" suggests a fiery experience, the menu includes a range of dishes with varying levels of heat, ensuring that there is something for every palate. The fact that customers recommend the "beef chili" shows that the spicy dishes are a hit, but the existence of other, less spicy options provides a good balance.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Loved the food! Tried their sizzler chicken momos, chicken chopsuey and fried chicken patties. Everything was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Loved the tangy flavors of the momos, crispy patties and crunchy chopsuey. Service was quick and friendly. Large portion sizes and affordable. Their hours on Google are incorrect. Tuesday is shown be closed but I actually dined here on a Tuesday.
May 06 · Arya Phatakthis place is amazing. I have been going here for very long time now. the food is always great my go to is the beef chili, beef sha bhakleb and the sizzler Momo with the chili oil! wow it’s make me hungry just writing about it.
August 06 · MA HThe food tasted good enough, but the service was really disappointing. No one cared to check on us during the meal—not even to ask if we needed water or napkins. There were no napkins on the table at all, which is basic! They added a suggested tip on the bill, but honestly, for what? No one seemed to care whether we enjoyed the food or needed anything. Very poor customer service overall. I left feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer
July 10 · Jampa NyendakThe restaurant is small, not easy to discover. But I’m surprised by the quality of the food and the serving speed! First time coming so we decided to order what people recommend. Beef Momo absolutely sizzler is amazing! I love how thin and momo skin is! The handpulled Tibetan noddle soup is very hearty!
March 28 · E TrainThe food was great and the service was amazing. I just want to gently remind people that tipping is an important part of dining out. Servers work really hard and often rely on tips as a big part of their income. If you’re unable to leave a tip, maybe consider ordering takeout instead. I noticed some guests left without tipping, which was a little sad to see. Even though it’s not mandatory, a small tip can really make a difference. As someone who used to be a server, I know how it feels and a little kindness truly goes a long way.
