Absolutely an amazing experience with a plethora of fresh vegetables and noodles, beef, fish, lamb sauces, etc. Super clean place, one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen, waitress was really attentive and nice, explained how everything worked.Ice cream 🍦 is really really good.Fresh vegetables don't take long to cook, as well as the meats and fish 🐠. Noodles are also pretty fast. I will definitely be going back to this place, and I highly recommend it. Parking is somewhat of a crunch but just be patient, there are places to pay for parking if you're not the type to drive around looking.Price is definitely reasonable for what you get, and how much you can stuff yourself. - William H

Spring Shabu-Shabu Introduce

For New Yorkers with an appetite for endless fresh vegetables, customizable flavors, and an engaging dining experience, Spring Shabu-Shabu in Flushing, Queens, is widely recognized as one of the city's premier destinations for All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) hot pot. Seamlessly blending the culinary styles of a traditional Japanese Shabu-shabu restaurant with the expansive variety of a modern Buffet restaurant, Spring Shabu-Shabu offers a dynamic, interactive, and high-value meal that is perfect for any occasion, from a solo lunch to a large family gathering.

The core concept of the restaurant is centered around the hot pot experience: a personal pot of steaming broth set into your table, ready for you to cook your chosen ingredients. The value proposition is exceptional: a base price grants you unlimited access to a sprawling buffet bar. This bar is a treasure trove of fresh seasonal vegetables, diverse noodles, fishcakes, dumplings, and rice cakes. This system allows patrons to prioritize a healthy, vegetable-heavy meal without the pressure of expensive meat-centric AYCE pricing models typical in NYC. While the premium meats and seafood (like Beef Ribeye, Pork Belly, and Shrimp) are ordered separately on an A La Carte basis, the affordability of the base buffet ensures a substantial and satisfying meal even before any add-ons.

Local New Yorkers consistently praise the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The abundance of fresh vegetables and the variety of items like mushrooms, tofu, and different types of noodles are a highlight, reflecting a commitment to high standards that often exceeds expectations for a buffet setting. The atmosphere is casual, trendy, and large, yet the service is frequently described as fast and friendly, with the staff being attentive and helpful in explaining the process—a significant plus in a busy, high-volume Queens restaurant. It's a culinary experience that’s great for kids, families, college students, and tourists alike, truly serving a broad New York demographic.
