Starbucks Reviews
The service here was horrible. I ordered a Frappuccino in the store sometime before 12pm and the person who makes the drink decided she is going to make me wait, unfairly. (she was wearing something that said Heidi, that's probably her name. I saw her got some cups and placed the label on them, she made the drinks except for one of the cups, then she went and tear off other paper receipts for order and made those drinks. When I asked her about the cup she left on the counter she said she knows. Later after she made more drinks and I asked her a question she said that the orders she is tearing off and making all came before my order. Later on I see she got the cup on the counter and made a drink, that cup had my name on it and is time stamped. So she wants to lie and say all the other orders came before my drink yet she had that cup labeled already with my name. I am not pleased with her behavior and I will not be returning to any Starbucks. I will go and delete the Starbucks app.
