★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me unfortunately, but she was very cordial and pleasant. I came by 5/15/25 at 7:30 PM or so, she was by herself, I would like her to be recognized by higher management. When making my matcha latte she asked me how I like it (more sweet or bitter), which is something a Starbucks employee hadn’t asked me before so I was pleasantly surprised. When I told her I like it either way, she made it less sweet and it was honestly the best matcha latte I’ve had at a Starbucks! I appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure my drink was perfect. I had a hard day at work and she made it a little better. Thank you! May 15 · AnnaLeisa Jimenez
- Racist young black women at Starbucks counter on a Saturday morning. This morning I experienced racism by two young baristas at Starbucks. They were rude condescending and disgusting. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks. They raised their voices at me. Asked if I would like to buy the cup I gave them for personal cup usage, (which is the butterfly design from last fall, obviously a prior purchase, as it was washed and label free) they traded places in interrogating me and speaking to me in a derogatory manner. Absolutely disgusting. Buyer beware... Direct racism displayed skipped on line by other persons their same race! 2 customers before were treated with common courtesy which where their same race, but myself not their race, with a child was treated horribly. - TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from This Starbucks, specially from Michelle and her “barista” coworker. I visited 05/11/23 and first, there was a line of 3-5 people… and even tho I was the 2nd in line, we all waited about 20-25 min to be taken care of. Insane when Michelle and her “Barista” where basically chatting, hanging out with Target employees (which also skipped the line in front of everyone), on their phones and preparing every order in the slowest way possible… Michelle is so shameless that she spent like 5 min “selecting options on a screen” just to warm up a sandwich. Like come on, this is not The Union, you make a salary out of Customers Money and still don’t wanna do your job… like, if you dislike your life or your job, just quit, both of them if you want, it is that easy!!!Finally when MICHELLE took my order, in the rudest & careless way, she decided to NOT let me know that one of the item that I order wasn’t available, but she still charged me for it. I spent almost $30 and the total wait was about 35 min, just to receive my order WRONG… as they didn’t have the coffee I PAID FOR, She gave me whatever came to her mind instead (I ordered Caramel Macchiato, she gave me a Mocha Latte)… at this point I’m late for work and left… but I leave you my experience so you are warned what to expect from Michelle and her “barista”. Good luck getting anything from this Starbucks.P.S. on the video you can see how the line never moved and their are just gossiping and making fun of the people in line… poor Michelle, I can see why your attitude is so salty, but girl there’s No one to blame but yourself… your life must be so sad … August 02 · Cri Cri
- We Came in at 10:00 am, we started our order with the cashier, she had a negative attitude, there was no greeting or nothing like that. This is the short, chubby older worker.I ordered my drink. She asked if was done, when i tried to order food she cut me off and said , "no food". BUT we saw her heat up a food item for the customer infront of us.My partner tried to order his drink but the cashier was just looking away so he had to ask if she was ready because she was not paying any attention at this point. There was one younger worker not making drinks, she was leaning on the counter talking to a target worker while drinking her coffee, at this point there is 4 costumers on line, the cashier hands her our cups and tells her our order, instead of doing it she hands our order to a third worker. When we got our drinks mine was not correct she put foam instead of Whipped cream, which i said it was fine, but the cashier came to us ans asked what the issue was, so when I explained she started saying that the drink that I grabbed wasn't mine it was my partner but it was clearly not. At this point they are not listening to me or making any sense so the cashier just throws the drink out after I said would take it and tell the third worker to do it to which she says " I don't wanna make their drink"All of this is happening while the second worker is still not doing anything and she's just laughing at the mistakes the third worker made. They all need retraining and a workshop on how to not behave like they just chilling on the block. They don't look or speak presentable. February 28 · valentina salazar
- "Disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The drinks were subpar, and the place was dirty. To make matters worse, employees were vaping inside while supposed to be working. The lines were ridiculously long, and instead of attending to customers, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Usually, Starbucks drinks are great, but this location fell short. Hopefully, they'll address these issues and improve their service." July 04 · Leslie Arroyo
