★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice view of Manhattan and the campus field on a sunny day. The location on Maps is incorrect, it’s not in the main food court, but in a separate adjacent building, The D’Angelo Center, on 3rd Floor.Has cosy lounging chairs, but pretty packed. The nearby area of “Sodano Coffee House” was closed for seating with a curtain. For some reason, the milk and the half&half containers on the condiment bar had ice cubes in them. The barista also refused to provide a refill of simple brewed coffee after buying an expensive handcrafted drink, stating something along the lines of “not being a regular location”. Not sure how it works, but I didn’t argue, although it detracts from the experience, and Starbucks Rewards ads are everywhere in this place, too.All in all, nice campus Starbucks store. No parking inside the campus for vistors, but you can find a spot on the streets around.
April 08 · R BI LOVE the convenience of having Starbucks on campus. It offers a beautiful view of the DaSilva field and the landscapes of NYC with skyscrapers. The baristas are extremely friendly and remember my drink.
August 11 · Angelina Sissonsthe skinny guy in the evening doesn’t know how to make drinks and has horrible attitude. The pink drink did not hit 💔
April 29 · nicoleI've been coming here for a while now. Overall, the same lady baristas are amazing! They get your order quickly and correctly. My drinks are always delish, and they are friendly. They would get my five stars. What motivated me to write this awful review is, Vincent. Not sure if he is the manager, but I have seen him belittle his employees in front of customers, and not only that, but he has been rude to customers.UPDATE: It’s all good now! Appreciate that supervisors/upper staff made the change.
January 15 · AIt may not be a corporate Starbucks that accepts rewards or some promotions, but you can still use your card to get points. Additionally, it is one of the most congested due to undergrad and graduate students that flock to it. Always allocate an additional ten minutes for wait times in case you need a coffee in a hurry. In other aspects the atmosphere is lively and symbolizes the NY rush. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thus, it creates a great atmosphere of rush and help that one needs to get through the day.
