★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've always wanted to come here finally one day after work we had the chance to.So first off, nice spacious spot.Since we came late, I was afraid they'd run out of things but their choices of pastries and stuff here is amazing. Everything looked so good. Definitely not things found in your local Starbucks.Wanted something small though. You will see in the pics. One thing I think should be pointed out here about this spot is a lot of tourists and people constantly creating content and taking pics everywhere you turn inside the store.I'm not saying every single person needs to ask others for consent although that would be nice but I'm not asking to be filmed either.I probably wouldn't come back here for that simple discomforting feeling but I don't know, I'm torn because I just might and have on a Covid mask or something.
September 07 · TeeThis was truly a one-of-a-kind experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm and inviting. The staff were so polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly — it honestly felt like they cared about making every single guest comfortable and happy. That kind of service is rare these days, and it stood out to me immediately.I absolutely loved every part of the experience. I’m not usually someone who goes out of their way for coffee — in fact, I don’t even consider myself a “coffee person” at all. But what I had here was on a completely different level. It wasn’t just about the drink itself, but the way it was presented, the atmosphere, and the personal touch that made it feel so special. It made me appreciate coffee in a way I never have before.Part of me wishes more cities had something like this so everyone could experience it… but then again, maybe the fact that it isn’t everywhere is what makes it so unique. If it became too common, it might lose the magic. So in a way, I’m glad it’s tucked away like this — it makes discovering it feel like such a treat.Overall, I’d say this was not just about coffee, but about the whole experience — the people, the vibe, and that little spark of something special that’s hard to put into words. I’ll definitely remember this place for a long time, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants more than just a quick coffee stop — it’s an experience in itself.
August 26 · Simran ShankarAmazing coffee, crafted and served by a highly adept and well-versed team. My entire experience here from ordering at the counter to pick up at the bar area is consistently and beautifully seamless. The whole team here exudes positivity and genuinely interacts and communicates with each other, and their guests, with welcoming and appreciative mannerisms. In addition, with the often short time they have to speak with each person, the conversations are appropriately meaningful and certainly add to a comfortably relaxed and neighborly café experience. Thank you.
June 10 · Chantelle Marie SmithStarbucks Reserve at the Empire State Building is such a perfect spot for a date—whether you grab a cozy seat in the upstairs lounge or chill in the downstairs area, where you can snack on all sorts of unique, crafty bites. Their menu’s a total win with killer coffee-alcohol combos, like martinis, plus desserts, pizzas, cakes, and even ice cream with shoots of coffee that’s just *so good*. The staff’s super friendly and helpful, and ordering from your phone? Boom—your order’s ready on the table in minutes. It’s elegant, clean, and just has this lovely vibe.I’d recommend this place any day!
June 25 · Alex AhauStarbucks Reserve at the Empire State Building is a must-visit! The space is elegant and spacious, with a premium feel compared to regular Starbucks outlets. The coffee menu is diverse, featuring unique Reserve blends, cocktails, and delicious food options. Located right inside the iconic Empire State Building, it’s a perfect stop to relax, enjoy world-class coffee, and soak in the NYC vibes.
