★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1my boyfriend made a reservation here at opening and the host/owner? was extremely welcoming and friendly. The servers were attentive to our questions and gave us recommendations as well as specials for the day. I have trouble eating spicy food but the spicyness was tolerable. I forgot the names of the dishes but they were delicious (see photos)!!! Overall, the vibe was romantic and fancy. Would come back to try more dishes!
June 18 · Yu Jin InExcellent!! The dishes are authentic, flavorful, and delicious. The entire team is so warm and welcoming. And the ambience is classy yet comfortable. From appetizer to entrees to dessert and drinks, each course was delightful. And they made sure to customize our order to our preferences! My husband and I both love this restaurant, and Cloves has easily become our favorite go-to spot for delicious Indian food.
September 19 · Grace CJust finished eating here, the 30 walk from my hotel in midtown was worth every minute of it. I can see why they are so highly rated. I got the chicken korma with coriander rice and garlic naan. It was the best Garlic Naan I've ever had. A fluffy thicker naan, made fresh in house, they don't advertise it on the menu but can make a chili garlic naan upon request. The korma was a rich and creamy North Indian korma, very tasty. Planning to make another visit before my trip is done.
July 19 · zachary hirschThis is one of the best Indian food I have had in the US. The service was great and the food flavors were on point. Loved the appetizers. The gulab jamun was phenomenal. Thank you for the experience.
September 14 · Harish AdhikesavanAwesome food, great intimate environment, super friendly staff. Ended up going back 2 days later it was that good ! Cant wait to go back to NYC and have this. Favorite Indian restaurant in the world for me! Thank you Raju and team. Everything we had both nights was amazing. Tomato soup, chicken tikka, paneer, tandoori chicken, chana masala - literally no complaints about one thing we had
